Jeff Faust is the Principal of Valuation Services at Abbott, Stringham and Lynch. He has extensive experience in the valuation of start-ups / private companies for various purposes; fundraising, mergers/acquisitions, stock options grants (IRC § 409A) and more. He has provided valuation expertise to investors and start-ups of all sizes and stages of development and in a wide variety of industries including hi-tech (Software, SaaS, Mobile, Telecom, Social Media, Cloud, Data, AI, Digital Transformation, NFT, etc.), bio-tech, manufacturing and many more. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) with the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA).
Parker Holland is a Senior Valuation Analyst at Abbott, Stringham and Lynch. He also has extensive experience in the valuation of start-ups / private companies for various purposes, with an affinity for funding and 409A valuations. He is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) with the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA).
