Once our Membership Committee reviews your application and you meet the community standards we’ll reach out to schedule a 30-minute introductory call. Don’t think of this as an interview, it’s just as important for you to ask as many questions about Gildre to ensure we’re mutually aligned on how we can support your growth.

At Gildre our central thesis revolves around the concept of “Community for all”. We prioritize applications that share our common values but recommend any individual apply who is looking to make a difference in the world. You don’t need to be building a unicorn or have multiple exits under your belt, just have the motivation to better yourself and contribute to the growth of those around you.

As part of our white-glove onboarding, we’ll typically ask you questions about what you’re building and the current stage you’re at. This allows us to find the best mentor in our community to help support your professional goals.

Our mentors are volunteers, and support Gildre through their passion for entrepreneurship and networking. They’re founders, investors, executives, and startup leaders, many of whom have gone through the same issues you’re facing on a daily basis.

Members and mentors typically meet 1-2 times per month to discuss a variety of topics. Whether you’re looking for guidance on vetting your first product, making a key hire, or raising a future round, our mentors have got you covered. Who knows, you may even find your next advisor or co-founder in this process!

We are industry-agnostic and though we focus on tech-enabled businesses we have many members building companies in the Arts, CPG, and other core industries. We’re currently based in North America but consider applications from members all around the world that align with our mentor network.
